This site provides information on the work programme, both current and future, of Professor Richard Wilding, Chair (Full Professor) at the Centre for Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Cranfield School of Management. It explores innovation in logistics, supply chain management, the creation of collaborative business environments, the reduction of risk and vulnerability within the supply chain, and techniques for aligning supply chains to maximise customer value and reduce cost. Professor Richard D. Wilding is a highly acclaimed presenter and regularly speaks and facilitates Supply Chain workshops, conferences and seminars. He was awarded the "Distinguished Service Award for thought leadership and service to supply chain management" at the "European Supply Chain Distinction Awards 2008" held in Dusseldorf, Germany. In 2010 his biography was entered into “Who’s Who” described as "Britain's most famous reference book" for those who have "reached the pinnacle of excellence in their field" and "demonstrated lasting significance"
